ABC Heart with Clothespins
Set out and encourage your child to match the letters! This is a wonderful activity to build fine motor muscles, work on hand-eye coordination, and develop phonic awareness. Keep your ABC heart as your child’s letter recognition skills improve, and use it as a tool to continue practicing their alphabet phonics.

- Cardboard
- Paint
- Clothespins
- Markers
How To
- Cut a giant heart out of cardboard.
- Paint it pink (or whatever color your child wants)!
- Write the letters of the alphabet around the edge of the heart.
- Write in the alphabet on the clothespins.
