Troubleshooting: If the dough is too wet, add a dash of flour. If the dough is too dry, wet your hands and continue kneading the dough. If the dough is sticky, put a dime size amount of oil on your hands and mix it like lotion, and then knead the dough some more.

Tip: the water has to be hot for the chemical reactions to work. If it’s warm, it will not mix!
