Tape Pull Rainbow

Tape pulls are super easy to set up and clean up—but most importantly, they are fun! They are also a wonderful way to strengthen the fine motor muscles. All you need is some painter’s tape so you don’t ruin your wall.

Materials

  • Use rainbow masking tape to create a rainbow on your wall.
  • Let your child practice their fine motor skills by pulling the tape off of the wall.

Start with long strips but if you want to make it more challenging, tear the tape into short bits. This requires the child to work harder peeling multiple layers.
