Tips with Miss Charlotte

Miss Charlotte - Teacher Playgarden

I initially set this activity up with a brush and liquid glue in a shallow cup. However, that method proved unsuccessful because there wasn’t enough glue to stick the leaves to the cardboard. I grabbed a squeeze glue bottle and her tiny fingers went to work! Try not to encourage your child in a direction you think this activity should go. I thought my little one would just add the feathers in the “correct” spot—I never imagined where her creative mind would take her and the story she would tell as she worked!
