Building Block Patterns

Offer the blocks and puzzles that you create to your little one, and encourage them to replicate the patterns. This is a great activity that works hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and develops problem-solving skills. This activity is a great exercise to do after watching your Daily Lesson videos during virtual preschool!

Materials

Building blocks
White paper
Markers

How To

Using the blocks, create a pattern; ABAB or AABB, or keep it simple. Make it a puzzle to replicate.
Trace the blocks onto a piece of paper and fill in the colors to replicate the patterns you made.
